We’ve provided a sample of a completed letter .
In most cases, you’ll have a window of opportunity – which is usually around three to six months before the end of lease date – in which to notify the landlord of your intent to renew the lease. This should be delivered by mail to the landlords business address and should include details such as the address of the leased property, your full name, business name, all relevant dates and your signature.
