Commercial Sublet Agreement

You must still honour your obligations to the Landlord
When you sublet all or part of the premises to another tenant you are still obliged to honour your obligations under the commercial lease contract with the landlord.
Another option would be to assign your rights and responsibilities to another person using an Assignment of Lease. This agreement is used more commonly for the whole of a property rather than a portion of the premises. Either way most leases will state that you need the Landlords written consent before you can sublet or assign any portion of the premises.
