Question: Once my payment has been processed how will I get my documents?
Answer: Simply wait for your payment to complete and you will be directed to your Member’s Area by clicking a link on the receipt page. Here you will be able to download your documents immediately.
An email will also be sent to you using the email address you provide in the order details. The email will show you how to login to your member’s area at any other time to download your documents including any update we may provide at a later date.
Question: I closed the receipt page before I clicked on the download link how do I get my documents?
Answer: First check your email. Our system automatically generates an email to you with instructions on how to login to your Members Area.
Question: I still can’t see the email, how do I get my documents?
Answer: Two common reasons for people not receiving email from us are :
(a) The e-mail address entered during the order process was incorrect; or
(b) the e-mail was directed into your spam folder. Please check your spam folder first.
If you still can’t find the email, contact us and we will sort the problem immediately.
Question: What do I do if I can’t find the exact document I need ?
Answer: Briefly outline your needs in an email via the contact us page. If we find this type of document has a commercial application for our customers, we will consider having one of our consulting lawyers draft the agreement. Alternatively we may refer you directly to a lawyer we have worked with in the past who would be delighted to assist you.
Question: Will I be able to edit the document once I have downloaded it?
Answer: Yes, the documents come to you in easy to edit MS Word format. If you prefer the documents in PDF and you have Adobe Acrobat we are happy to provide them in pdf as well.
Question: What if I don’t have MS Word?
Google docs is a good option.
Question: What if I have a Mac?
Download Open Office, there is an option to download the Mac OS version.
Question: What if I have an older version of MS Word?
Microsoft Office Compatibility Pack is the solution. (It’s free !)
