If you’ve purchased one of our agreement templates you can access our new members area at https://rpemery.customerhub.net/ . The login details would have been sent to you via email.

If you have not received the email OR you are trying to log into our old members area (for orders placed before June 2022) then you can fill out the form below using the email you used to place the order, and the system will re-send the email. Give the system 5-10 minutes after submitting the info to do it’s thing.

Common reasons why the email goes astray!

Email deliverability is becoming more and more difficult. Sometimes emails get junked, or filtered out by your companies email system – this is common for government or corporation systems.

If you have previously opted out, or not interacted with our communications for a while, then the system will automatically opt you out and will not send you new emails. Completing the form triggers the system and opts you back in, allowing us to send you email.

If all else fails after filling in the form above, please give our office a call on 0266725904 or send us an email telling us your name, email and order number (if you can find it) and we will fix the problem manually.
