A Finders Fee is much the same as a Referrer’s Agreement. It is used when a “Finder” or “Referrer” acts as a non-exclusive finder of buyers for the professional services of a Client.
This type of contract is similar to an Agency arrangement although the Finder/Referrer acts only in the capacity of facilitating an introduction or providing the sales lead.
The finder is not involved in the transaction between the customer and the service provider. The service provider agrees to pay the “Finder” a fee for this service.
Go to the Referrer’s Agreement page to learn more and see sample’s of the document.
