Company Consultants Agreement

This agreement sets out the terms and conditions under which a company buys the services of a specialist consultant.

This document has been superseded and is no longer available but has been replaced with more suitable options.

Consultants operate under many different business structures where taxation and superannuation may be dealt with differently.

Therefore we have developed two new documents:-

• Sole trader contractor agreement and
• the Incorporated contractor agreement.

These agreements favour the company employing the consultant.

If you are the consultant providing your services to someone else, please see the consulting services agreement which has been drafted in your favour.

It’s well known healthy business relationships are founded on solid contracts, so we recommend using a these contractor agreements whenever you provide your services to someone else or employ the services of another service provider.
